System Introduction    

This system is pure software product based on Internet. Users with access to normal PC, standard audio and video capture device and output device can log in our website, hold meetings, invite others to join the conference (send SMS notifications to invitees), and enter the conference (initial entry will automatically launch download of client terminal and installation). Users can use real-time interactive video, audio, text, whiteboard, voting and other functions to meet the goal of comprehensive communication and cooperation of work via Internet/Intranet.

Our system adopts specialized communication protocol technology to guarantee easy penetration through firewall. The specialized communication protocols combine closely with SSL encryption mechanism and do not need reconfiguration of Internet to achieve efficient connections without scarifying security of network.

The system provides clear and smooth video efficacy, rich and efficient coordination between data, concise and easy user interface, convenient and sound remote management and maintenance methods and advanced system platform architecture. It is widely recognized in the industry and well reviewed by users.

System architecture   

The system only needs installation and configuration for service side during deployment and implementation of the system. The system is an application totally based on Web. Users can complete automatic download of client terminal, installation and upgrade as long as he has access to browsers such as IE without the need to separately download and install client terminal. Maintenance and management of system and other functions are also implemented via Web form with various managing methods and easy operation.

Any user can log on our system with LAN with firewalls connected to Internet via phone, ADSL, private line, wireless network or fiber optic. Moreover, users do not need to reconfigure network. Our system does not have any negative impacts on Internet connections and PC of users.

  1. Audio Function
    • The system adopts advanced iLBC audio compression algorithms to ensure clarity and coherence of voice in all kinds of network bandwidth.
    • The system uses multi-channel mixing technology, one of the industry leading technology, to support synchronized 16 channels high quality voice calls. Audio synchronizes with video to meet needs of conference as much as possible.
    • The product supports 4-16 channel mixing and can carry out flexible microphone switching control to enable more coherent communication.
    • The product adopts highly efficient AGC (automatic gain)/AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation)/NS (Noise Suppression)/VAD (Voice Activity Detection) technologies, automatic repair kits mechanisms, anti-judder algorithms for network and other optimized methods of audio to ensure clarity and coherence of communication.
  2. Video Function
    • The system adopts advanced MPEG4 video compression algorithms, with good bandwidth adaptation and video compression rate. It is applicable to all kinds of network environments including 56Kbps dial-up network to various bandwidth networks.
    • The system supports 16-channel video and can configure video size, bit rate, frame rate and other parameters according to needs of conference.
    • Conference holders can switch to any participants’ video window at arbitrary time. The system provides various interface display templates for adjustment of size and layout of video.
    • The system supports full-screen display of video, dual screen, multi-channel display, plasma screen display and many other kinds of display.
  3. Data Function
    • Electronic whiteboard: support multi-player. Highlighter, laser pointer and other enhanced tools make operations more flexible and convenient.
    • Document sharing: Synchronized sharing of all printable documents (including Office, PDF, Visio, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other various formats) with extensive documentation annotation tools. Use of advanced vector image technology ensures that shared documents have high resolution and can be scaled to arbitrary size without distortion.
    • Screen sharing: Advanced screen sharing function enables participates of the conference to see real-time and synchronized shared computer desktop and users can be authorized to do remote control to the shared computer.
    • Collaborative browsing: Speaking and participates of conference can browse information on the Internet simultaneously and multiple webpage reading is supported.
    • Electronic hand raising: Users can raise their hands any time and conference holder can decide whether to allow users to ask questions depending on the situation of the conference to ensure order of the meeting.
    • SMS notification: Users can log on the website to enter the conference if they have received short messages.
    • File management: Uploaded documents can be used multiple times for online conference and training to ensure efficiency of application.
    • File transfer: Files can be conveniently transferred to some users or all users in real time.
    • Electronic voting: This is the most convenient and efficient means to get feedback and advices for conference holder.
    • Remote control: Users can be authorized to do interactive operations with applications of remote desktop.
    • Conference recording: Whole process recording generates videos in Flash and Microsoft Windows Media format.
