Lei Shi, Chairman and General ManagerLei Shi, born in October 1967, graduated from Changchun Institute of Posts and Communications in 1989. He is senior engineer with bachelor degree.
After graduation he worked in Beijing Telecommunications Administration, head quarters of China Posts and other state-owned companies and also other types of communication technologies companies. During his working period in Beijing Telecommunications Administration, he worked as station master of emergency station and was honored as “national minority advanced workers.” He was manager of sales and technology sectors of marketing department and was mainly in charge of sales of products. The sales department led by him has achieved several million dollars performance. Beijing Kingdomnet Technology Co., Ltd started and hosted by him prospers vigorously and rapidly into continuous development period and won widespread reputation in the industry.
After years of unremitting hard work, he equips himself with rich experience of market development capability and strong technical skills and becomes an outstanding expert in marketing and technology of communication industry.
Hui Fan: Chairman and Manager of development departmentMale, born in October in 1967.He holds doctoral degree of Chinese Academy of Sciences and is an expert in microelectronics engineering, image processing, large scale database applications, multimedia technology, data encryption,switched telephone network and other aspects. Male, born in September 1967.He was a senior engineer graduated from Changchun Institute of Posts and Telecommunications with master degree. After graduation, he was assigned to work at Ministry of Posts of Changchun telephone equipment institutions and focused on research work of program-controlled telephone switching technology. As a key developer who participated in development and design of the first national ten thousand level large-scale digital program-controlled switches HJD04. After that he was engaged on research work of switches and other communication products for headquarter of Posts and Telecommunications Industry Corporation. During his work, he hosted development work on HJD04-C 、HJD-04 version as a hardware designer.
