Based on the existing machine-readable database,we transform physical file into digital information by using Kingdom Digital Archive Distributed Systems which digitized collection archives.The system create thousands of machine-readable catalogue and thousands of full-text data achieves about all departments at all levels of archives.We establish a provincial and distributed archive information database cluster.It achieves sharing archives at all levels,online exchanging information and online management through government affairs network.

Based on GIS Cultural Heritage Information Management System,we form a effective management that combine the existing digital asset information about archives with geographic information by means of Kingdomnet Digital Archive Distributed Systems.According to relics’ specialty characteristics and different species of content and features,we establish a spatial data structure.It makes archives management merge into regional space information management,so we can organize antiquity information in space and time and make cultural relics support historical map overlap.It show visually and vividly antiquity in space and time, and it can statistical analysis and select antiquity information. Finally,this system realize annotation and management of all Henan Museum historical geographic information.
